What the job expects

Involvement in 1st and 2nd Level Support
Logging, classifying, and processing incoming incidents in the Jira ticketing system
Analysis and resolution of user requests from headquarters and international locations
Maintenance, monitoring, and patch management of our IT infrastructure in a heterogeneous network (Windows, Linux)
User administration and employee on-/off-boarding
Asset management and documentation
Collaboration with national and international service providers

Your profile

What we are looking for:

Skills

Structured, independent work style and strong initiative
Strong communication skills, helpfulness, and teamwork ability

Experience

Experience in IT Support / Helpdesk and in handling IT ticketing systems
Knowledge of Windows server systems and client management
Experience with Office 365 and/or Linux environments is a plus

Education

Successfully completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Assistant) or an equivalent qualification

Languages

Excellent spoken and written German and English skills

Others
