Autonomous management of receivables within pre-litigation and litigation collection processes; independent and objective decision-making and initiation of receivables monitoring measures
Logging of conversations and agreements, maintaining this information in the internal collection system, and monitoring thereof
General research tasks
Written and telephone communication with debtors, bailiffs, trustees, and third parties

Your profile

What we are looking for:

Skills

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with excellent communication skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Teamwork skills, intercultural competence, and a high degree of service orientation

Experience

Relevant professional experience in national receivables management; experience in international receivables management is an advantage

Education

Successfully completed training as a paralegal or a commercial apprenticeship

Languages

Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (additional foreign language an advantage)

Others

Proficiency in MS Office
