Tradewind has closed a $3 million non-recourse export factoring facility for a PVC flooring manufacturer based in China. The company produces wood plastic (WPC), stone plastic (SPC), and LVT flooring, which are exported to the US and Germany with annual sales of $30 million.<\/p>\n

Two years ago, the company invested \u00a5 60 million and built a new production line to meet the market demand for PVC flooring. The high investment raised the company’s debt ratio and left the company with insufficient liquidity.<\/p>\n
