The
Lease Process
We do everything in our power to make
this a simple straight forward process.
Application - submit an application securely on-line, by fax, phone, or e-mail.
- Credit
Review - a quick credit review is done (bank, trades, loan/lease information if
applicable)
- Approval
– for amounts less than $50,000, documents are sent for review and signature
- Purchase
Order – sent to supplier upon receipt of executed lease documents
- Equipment
– delivered/installed
- Verification
– verify that the equipment was delivered/installed properly.
- Invoice
– After satisfactory delivery/installation, a check is sent to the equipment
supplier.
Recommendations
In order to have the smoothest transaction possible, please be sure to include the following:
Legal name of your company ~ corporation, partnership, proprietorship, or LLC.
- Bank account
numbers ~ contact name and phone number for your bank.
- Account
numbers and contact names for other loans/leases.
- Authorization
of a corporate officer/partner to check the business credit.
- Correct
disclosure of business ownership structure.
- Principal stockholders/partners ~ home addresses and social security numbers.
