The Lease Process


We do everything in our power to make this a simple straight forward process.

  1. Application - submit an application securely on-line, by fax, phone, or e-mail.

  2. Credit Review - a quick credit review is done (bank, trades, loan/lease information if applicable)

  3. Approval – for amounts less than $50,000, documents are sent for review and signature

  4. Purchase Order – sent to supplier upon receipt of executed lease documents

  5. Equipment – delivered/installed

  6. Verification – verify that the equipment was delivered/installed properly.

  7. Invoice – After satisfactory delivery/installation, a check is sent to the equipment supplier.

Recommendations

In order to have the smoothest transaction possible, please be sure to include the following:

  •  Legal name of your company ~ corporation, partnership, proprietorship, or LLC.

  • Bank account numbers ~ contact name and phone number for your bank.

  • Account numbers and contact names for other loans/leases.

  • Authorization of a corporate officer/partner to check the business credit.

  • Correct disclosure of business ownership structure.

  • Principal stockholders/partners ~ home addresses and social security numbers.
