General Qualifications for Leasing

Lease Amount: $5,000 ~ $50,000

  • Two (2) or more years in business – you do not have to be a corporation.

  • Business Checking account under the same business name for two years or longer with minimum average daily balance of $1,000 or more.

  • Owners with 25% or more ownership in the company must provide social security number and home address Personal credit should be clean ~ no judgments, liens, charge-offs, bankruptcies or excessive slow payments.

  • 3 business trade references are required to verify company payment history. Equipment suppliers, equipment rentals, landlord, other business suppliers and/or other equipment leasing references. Personal credit cards, personal vehicle leases and/or cash or COD accounts are not valid trade references.


Lease Amount: $50,000 ~ $250,000

  • Completed Leasing Application

  • All of the requirements as listed above under the $5,000-$50,000 criteria must be met.

  • Corporate tax returns ~ last two years (1st 4 pages

  • Interim financial statement (P&L and Balance Sheet) since last tax return

  • Personal financial statements and /or tax returns may be required.

 

New Businesses (less than 2 years ~ more than 6 months)

  •  Completed Leasing Application

  • Business Checking account ~ same business name for 6 months or longer ~ minimum average daily balance of $1,000 or more.

  • Owners with 25% or more ownership in the company must provide social security number and home address Personal credit should be clean ~ no judgments, liens, charge-offs, bankruptcies or excessive slow payments.

  • 3 business trade references are required to verify company payment history. Equipment suppliers, equipment rentals, landlord, other business suppliers and/or other equipment leasing references. Personal credit cards, personal vehicle leases and/or cash or COD accounts are not valid trade references.

  • Business location should be a separate address from the personal address.

  • Transaction dollar amounts, length of terms, payment options and buyout types may be limited.
